New FDM – Radenza Group is one of the best-known players in the Sicilian GDO sector with its headquarters in Modica. Its distribution network of around 350 points of sale of various formats – from small shops to superstores and hypermarkets – covers the entire Sicily region. In 2021, to increase the level of service in terms of efficiency and punctuality, New FDM will activate the second CeDi in Catania within the hub created by the logistics operator F.lli Di Martino according to high quality standards.

To optimize warehouse operations, New FDM introduces a fleet of approximately 100 forklifts equipped with Zebra VC8300 mobile computers and HS3100 Bluetooth headsets. Thanks to the excellent work of the partner Evision, vo—ce has been integrated in vehicle mode on the trolleys by interfacing with the CDAplus WMS which manages the entire information flow to ensure operators have free hands and process orders more quickly and increase the level of service .
